What You Can Do
Create an account, upload portraits you have rights to use, run AI-guided aesthetic styling, and use outputs for lawful creative or personal projects in line with these Terms.
What You Cannot Do
No illegal activity, harassment, infringement of others' rights, attempts to harm or overload the Service, or misuse of others' likeness without permission.
Our Commitment
We work to run the Service reliably, protect accounts and content appropriately, and describe billing clearly at checkout.
Our Service
StyleFaceAI is an online software service that applies AI-assisted visual styling and aesthetics to portrait photos you provide. Features may include style presets, generation history, subscriptions, and optional one-time credit purchases. Exact availability depends on your plan and our current product configuration.
- • Accounts: Certain features require registration; you must provide accurate account information and safeguard your credentials.
- • Subscriptions and credits: Paid access may renew until cancelled. Usage limits and prices are shown before purchase.
- • Third-party infrastructure: Generation and hosting rely on external providers (for example model inference, database, and storage); their availability may affect the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to
- • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
- • Only upload content you have the right to use and share with us for processing
- • Obtain consent where required for identifiable people in your uploads
- • Use outputs in a respectful way that does not infringe third-party rights
- • Report security issues through our support email
You may not
- • Use outputs for identity documents, official certifications, or deceptive impersonation
- • Generate or distribute illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate imagery
- • Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service in ways that burden or compromise it
- • Circumvent authentication, quotas, billing, or technical limitations
- • Resell access to the Service without our written agreement
Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of your original uploads. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with law.
Generated outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, license to use outputs you lawfully generate for personal and commercial creative purposes, except where restricted by our acceptable use rules or third-party model terms.
Our property
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the licenses above, no rights are granted to you. Do not remove proprietary notices.
Disclaimers and AI Outputs
Creative use only
Generated images are for creative and entertainment purposes only. Do not use them for identity documents, official certifications, deceptive content, or any form of identity impersonation.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
AI limitations
Outputs may be imperfect or unintended. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with law and respect for others' rights.
Payment and Subscriptions
Billing
- • Payments are processed by our payment partner Creem; card and billing details are subject to their terms and privacy practices
- • Prices, taxes, and renewal cadence are shown at checkout
- • Subscriptions renew until you cancel through the billing portal or as we describe in-product
- • Credits and usage limits, if offered, are defined in the product at purchase time
Cancellation and refunds
- • You may cancel renewal in accordance with in-product instructions
- • Refunds, if any, follow the terms presented at checkout and applicable law
- • We do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
- • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StyleFaceAI's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections where you live require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that are not subject to mandatory local jurisdiction rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or our practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or an in-product message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
